    My name is Kevin and I took my wife on vacation to Missouri to see our family were she has been trying to get me to move for 10 years. When we arrived I had overwhelming feelings of being back home. So I asked Erika do you want to stay the look on her face was priceless. So we ventured in finding a home and hit a few walls in the process. But by the grace of god we were met by a woman named Laylani Gonzales and she showed us one house that we really liked. But the individual selling the home wasn't budging on the closing costs and we hit another wall. But in the beginning of our process we saw a house and fell in love with it, but we didn't think we were going to get it. So we told Laylani about it and she put it all together and we got the home we originally wanted in the first place. So I want to thank Laylani Gonzales and the entire team at Engel & Volkers from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream come true!

    Dealing with Brookside Builders and the listing agent was an absolute, extremely unprofessional nightmare. I gave up trying to get ALL of the refunds due to me, as I walked away from purchasing a poorly constructed property. Shouldn't have to include half of the office staff to only receive $1500 of the $1800 owed by the builder.

Jennifer walked through the house with us and gave us practical advice on what needed to be done to get the house ready for the market, and Jennifer provided us with the information we needed to help us determine a fair purchase price. She made a list that was broken down into rooms and was prioritized. That made it so much easier! We were able to just go down the list and get things done. Since we moved out of the house before putting it on the market, Jennifer suggested that we let her "stage" the house.
